Description
This one fliped the usual approach of the Trolleyed series. The trolley itself is barely there. You only see it as a reflection in a flooded car park outside an ASDA in Southampton, sitting in the same puddle as the mirrored image of a wealth management firm’s glass tower.
I didn’t stage this, just discovered it. A discarded shopping trolley and a monument to managed wealth, held together for a moment in the same bit of dirty water.
This image marks a turning point in the Trolleyed series. The trolley used to be the subject large in the frame. Now it’s barely present surrounded by a landscape that’s becoming more interested in something bigger than the object itself.
